Live Plants

Because our kokedamas are living plants, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your plant arrives in poor condition, please photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at hello@moriplants.com. We will evaluate each case individually and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Damaged on Arrival

We package every kokedama with great care in reinforced boxes. If your item arrives significantly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at hello@moriplants.com with the photos and your order number
  3. We will respond within one business day with a resolution

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Gumroad and should appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
