Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before midday are usually shipped the same day.

Free shipping on orders over €60 (Portugal mainland).

Delays

During extreme weather, we may delay shipments by 1–2 days to protect your plants. We do not ship on Fridays for destinations with transit over 2 days.
