Shipping
Every MORI kokedama is handmade and carefully prepared before leaving us. We want it to arrive with you in perfect condition — green, firm, alive.
Where we ship
We ship across Portugal and the European Union.
| Destination | Estimated time | Shipping cost |
|---|---|---|
| Portugal (mainland) | 1–3 business days | €4,90 |
| Azores / Madeira | 3–6 business days | €9,90 |
| Spain | 3–5 business days | €7,90 |
| European Union | 4–8 business days | from €9,90 |
Free shipping on orders over €60 (PT mainland).
Timescales are estimates. External factors — weather, strikes, public holidays — may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
When we ship
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before midday are usually shipped the same day. We do not ship on Fridays for destinations with transit over 2 days — so your plants don't spend a weekend in a warehouse.
During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipments by 1–2 days to keep your plants safe.
How we pack
Your kokedamas travel in reinforced cardboard boxes with sustainable filling. Each piece is individually stabilised — nothing should shift, nothing should bend.
Every order includes:
- A bilingual care card (PT/EN)
- A QR code linking to the full care guide
The packaging is designed to protect life. It's simple, but never careless.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the delivery directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received anything within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder — or get in touch.
Nobody was home?
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a re-delivery (usually the next business day) or leave a notice to collect from a nearby pickup point. We recommend choosing an address where you'll be available — your plants will appreciate a quick welcome.
Something arrived wrong?
See our Returns Policy for what to do in case of damage on arrival. We have a 48-hour window after delivery to report issues with live plants.
